Design Build Collaborative

Working as a design-build firm means that we bring the Architect, Structural Engineer, Soil Engineer and Surveyor together and participate in every step as the design, scope of work and specifications are developed. Our turnkey approach allows for one point of contact rather than having to manage multiple entities.  We have relationships with local architects we can suggest for you to contract with to perform the architectural services.   

We participate in almost all of the design meetings. As drawings proceed, we discuss preliminary selections and finishes for your home and keep a close eye on costs so the architectural design aligns with your budget. 



Where needed, Stone Acorn Builders., will coordinate with your Interior Designer or our own Interior Designer to prepare a comprehensive package for your review, including selections such as hardware, plumbing, tile, appliances and lighting.
